Customer service was very good and inside the casino itself look very nice I did not stay in the rooms there but I did hear half of them are remodeled and the other half looked like there's been a murder but they're in the process of remodeling all of them
I loved the environment and atmosphere. The elegance of the decor is stunning. The food was incredible. The food was perfect on all levels. The French was superb. My husband had the grand Western burger. Says it's one of the best burgers he's had

Clean, friendly, won big, beds were a smidge firm...but we will be back great stop over
For what it is it’s great. Other hotels in the area being almost double this felt like a great deal. The ladies at the front were a bit too sarcastic for me after driving late at night when I just wanted answers and had young kids I was just trying to get out of the car. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.
Winners is a Winnemucca institution! Decent restaurant, decent rooms, a good value. Also a great meeting place, with a generous size floor, slots, and waitresses to make sure everybody can wet their whistle!

This was an okay stay. You get what you pay for. Very clean :) The front desk attendant Chase seemed very inconvenienced by doing her job definitely has no business working in hospitality. Very appreciative of the coffee in the room and the fridge was nice as well.
